About Angela

Born and raised in Hong Kong. Angela is a Certified 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂®︎ and 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒® Trainer, and Pilates Studio Instructor. Angela is passionate about healthy living and strengthening your physical and mental health. Angela has embraced various ways to exercise and enrich the body, mind and spirit.

Angela appreciates that staying healthy can be difficult for many people in today’s busy, modern world. Angela is continuously looking for ways to incorporate healthy habits in a busy schedule and help others make positive impacts on their happiness, health and productivity.

Angela has completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher training at Zuna Yoga® in Bali. Angela graduated in (BSc) Mathematics and Statistics from London and a master's degree from HKU.
